Great bag, keeps me super warm, I live in Colorado and do lots of camping and in the cooler months , this bag has been great . I actually became hot throughout the night ,when it was about 20 degree out side and snowing.I love the hood part , you can wrap your pillow in it and then pull the strings to fit your comfort level.Zippers work great can pull up when inside bag .Stuff sack is okay, I’d like it if was a little smaller . It’s a little two big for back packing, which sort of sucks ,bc this is one reason why I got the bag .Other than that , it’s a great bag .

People’s reviews are like: “I decided to test my new sleeping bag out by sleeping naked three quarters of the way up Mt. Everest in the winter. I felt slightly colder than I would have if I had been at home. Two stars.”I love my new sleeping bag, and it seems like with a good compression sack I’ll be rockin and rollin with warmth and comfort on the trail.

Who knew it could be so cold at night in the desert in May? Thankfully we looked at the predicted weather before leaving on our big 3 week cross country trip. We knew that the average lows at the Grand Canyon would be in the upper 20’s, and we were prepared! For Christmas, Santa brought all three kids Coleman North Rim 0 degree sleeping bags. These bags will keep you comfortable down to 15 degrees. Actually, the biggest complaint the kids had were that they were too hot! These bags are incredibly plush and thick and extremely comfortable (although, if you are a restless sleeper like I am, they do make turning difficult as it is a mummy bag).Pros: Extremely warm, thick, and plush. Zipper is easy to use and the bag is snug around your head but not constricting. Great to use in a popup, tent, or RV!Cons: This is an extremely bulky sleeping bag, and would not be good for the serious hiker (we couldn’t get it back in the carry bag). This bag was great for my kids since they are still on the small side at 12 and under. I, however, toss and turn all night and it was difficult to move around so much (I’m 5’4”). Therefore, it may be tight for a larger person.Overall, we all gave it 5 out of 5 stars! We would happily purchase this bag again for our kids. I’d even purchase one for myself if I needed an extremely warm sleeping bag. I would not purchase it for my husband who is 6’ and around 260 pounds as he would probably feel too constricted.Check out our trip on Twitter @2016happycamper or on Facebook, Happy Campers
